Free Exchanges for a different size 
At Câllas Milano, we understand how important it is to find the perfect fit for our products. While our items follow Italian size standards, we recommend using the sizing tool located next to each product page to accurately determine your equivalent size in your local standards.

Should you require a different size – either smaller or larger – we offer a hassle-free exchange service at no additional cost. To proceed, kindly create a new order for the desired size. Follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process. Customers within the EU and the US will receive a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, adhering to our return policy outlined below (within 14 days from your order's arrival, with the item in its original unworn condition and all tags attached), we will promptly refund the original purchase price without any re-stocking fee.

Return Policy
To facilitate a swift processing of your request, please carefully review our return policy.

All returns that meet our criteria should be packaged in their original wrapping and returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in unworn and impeccable condition, complete with all Câllas Milano and garment tags securely attached. Regrettably, returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, or lack their original labels may not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn't align with the stipulated conditions above. Should your package not meet our acceptance criteria, it will be sent back at your expense, and a refund will not be processed.

Returns Process from the US: For returned merchandise, we will refund the purchase price in line with the outlined guidelines, with a deduction of $25, unless marked as "Final Sale." Any customer-incurred shipping charges or duties will not be reimbursed (except for customers eligible for the "Free shipping and duties paid to the USA" promotion). Exchanges for a different size will not incur a re-stocking fee.

Returns Process from Europe (EU only): For merchandise returned from the EU, we will refund the purchase price within the specified guidelines, deducting 20€, unless marked as "Final Sale." Similar to the US, any customer-paid shipping charges or duties won't be reimbursed, unless the customer qualifies for the "Free shipping and duties paid to the E.U" promotion. Exchanges for a different size will not be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Returns Process from the Rest of the World: Please be aware that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the received item is defective or damaged. Please ship the item(s) you’d like to return to :

How to Initiate a Return: To utilize our return service, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account (or click https://shopify.com/50547589303/account)
  2. Select the order for which you wish to initiate the return.
  3. If your order contains multiple items, indicate the items to be returned.
  4. Choose a reason for the return and include a note if needed.
  5. Click "Request return."
  6. For customers in the EU and the US only: Once you receive a confirmation by e-mail , please use the pre-paid shipping label or request a new one by writing us at hello@callasmilano.com
  7. Customers from other parts of the world are responsible for the shipping and duties required to return the item to our warehouse.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. The method of refund depends on your original payment method: For payments made by credit or debit card, the refunded amount will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receiving the returned item. Please reach out to the card-issuing bank for inquiries regarding the credit posting timeline. Please note that for orders to countries outside of the EU or the US, original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for any duties and shipping charges associated with returning the item to our Italian warehouse.
